After five years of caring for so many children, the chapter of my life of being Nanny Mary has come to an end. It's so hard to believe! I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for all the children I cared for over the years... I am blessed to have had the opportunity to learn so much from so many children...and so blessed to have the job of being a part of so many more families as I become their family photographer.

It's been a tough week!
Monday is almost here and I had a tough week. My whole family was with my Grammy when she passed away last weekend and we had her funeral a few days later. I was sick that day and worse the next so I went to the docs and he ordered some tests and gave me meds. I spent the beautiful weekend indoors which made me sad. I am almost back to myself as we begin another week. This is the last week I am a part time nanny to two little sweet kids, and next week I begin my senior year as an uncool 28 year old college student, and during that same week I will be transitioning to a new computer (from PC to Mac!). *PHEW*. Life is always bringing you something isn't it?
I have some photos that I would like to share from last weekend, I just have to get around to doing so!
I hope everyone is well and I look forward to our sessions together.

I'm in bed sick
If anyone is trying to reach me, I am sorry but I am sick this weekend so I might be hard to get in touch with. I went to the hospital for some tests and am on some meds to heal me. Again, thank you for your patience!!

My Grammy
I am trying to keep up with stuff this week, but if there are any delays as far as print orders or photo galleries it's because my Grandmother passed away this past weekend. Thanks for your patience.
September is creeping up!
Hi Everyone!
I hope this message is finding you well and happy and enjoying your little ones' daily accomplishments and sweet giggles!
I wanted to send a note out to everyone to remind you that September is creeping up on us and if you are interested in having your family portrait (or a group portrait of your children) taken for custom designed holiday cards or 4"x 6" prints (25 per set) for your already existing holiday cards, please book your session as soon as possible! The time slots will be filling up fast since my availability will be restricted to Saturdays and Sundays starting the first week of September (which comes to only 16 weekends total (before Christmas) without factoring in the already booked Saturdays or Sundays). I am doing an early bird special: For those of you who book your holiday session before the end of August, you will receive a complimentary set of 25 cards or prints with a purchase of three sets AND 20% off your session!---A $65 value!! AND all holiday sessions will have no shipping!
Also, a reminder that if you are looking to view updates often, bookmark this blog!
Don't forget- for every referral, you receive a complimentary 5"x 7" with your next regular session (non holiday), and for every three successful referrals you receive 50% off your next regular session! So tell as many friends and family members as you can to stock up on 5" x 7" prints and discounted sessions! (the easiest way of doing this would be to forward this message to your family and friends!)
Thank you and enjoy the rest of your week!
